Brick Order Form for Tyler Pavilion
Please use this form to order your personalized brick for Tyler Pavilion. Brick orders will be placed in August and in March, with installation to be done in March before baseball season. Bricks are tax-deductible, and proceeds go directly toward field improvements, and equipment needs for Shorewood Little League. There are two sizes of bricks you can order. 4"x8" costs $250 and hold up to 3 lines of text AND 8"x8" costs $500 and holds up to 6 lines of text. Each line can be up to 14 characters (spaces between words) count as a character.
